1️⃣ Regulatory Compliance

MCM Woodland High School operates as a privately managed English medium school under the affiliation of the Assam Secondary Education Board (ASSEB).
The school follows the NCERT curriculum up to Class VIII and ASSEB curriculum from Class IX onwards.

Key Compliances:

  1. Follows NCERT and ASSEB academic frameworks.
  2. CCTV cameras are installed across all classrooms and corridors for student safety.
  3. Ensures pure drinking water, uninterrupted power, and hygienic sanitation facilities.
  4. Requires medical fitness certificates for all new admissions.
  5. Maintains proper attendance, evaluation, and promotion records as per state norms.

MCM Woodland High School respects the privacy of all students and guardians.

We ensure:

  1. Personal information collected during admission (name, address, Aadhaar/PAN, medical records) is kept strictly confidential.

  2. Data is shared only with education authorities when required by law.

  3. CCTV footage is used solely for internal monitoring and security.

  4. Contact details of parents are used only for academic or emergency communication.

  1. Tuition and other fees should be paid within the first week of every month.

  2. Late payment may attract a fine as determined by management.

  3. No refund is made once payment is completed, except in special cases approved by the School Committee.

  4. Fees are non-transferable.

  5. Any changes in the fee structure will be notified to parents in advance.

  1. Parents must submit a written request to obtain a Transfer Certificate (TC).
  2. TC will be issued only after clearing all dues and returning library books and school property.
  3. If a student withdraws mid-session, applicable fee adjustments will be decided by the management.
  1. Students must maintain politeness, courtesy, good manners, and personal hygiene.

  2. Clean and proper uniforms must be worn daily; students should arrive 15 minutes before class.

  3. Vandalism, disobedience, or misbehavior may result in disciplinary action.

  4. Avoid make-up, hair gels, or gold ornaments in school.

  5. Students cannot leave the classroom during lessons without permission.

  1. The entire campus is under CCTV surveillance for student protection.
  2. In case of illness or accidents, parents will be informed immediately.
  3. Parents must provide updated emergency contact numbers.
  4. All incidents are recorded in the school’s Accident Register.
  5. During natural calamities or emergencies, the school ensures utmost care but cannot be held responsible for situations beyond control.
  1. Parents are encouraged to help their children study at home and maintain discipline.
  2. Parent-Teacher Meetings are held at least twice a year.
  3. Parents are requested not to enter classrooms during sessions.
  4. For suggestions or complaints, parents should write to the Principal directly.
